Terms of Use

Leono Games lets you play HTML5 games in your browser for free, as a guest or after signing in with Google, with leaderboards and saved progress.

The platform is in technical testing. Games, features and data may change, be interrupted or be reset at any time, including scores, leaderboards and progress. We may add, change or remove games and features without notice.

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are not, a parent or guardian must agree for you. To sign in with Google, you must also meet Google's age requirements.

• A guest account is tied to a cookie in your browser. If you clear it or switch browsers, you may lose that progress.
• If you sign in with Google, keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please play fair and respect other players. You agree not to:

• cheat, modify games, use bots or automated play, or exploit bugs to change scores or leaderboards;
• use a display name that is offensive, hateful or sexual, that includes someone else's personal information, or that pretends to be another person or a member of our team;
• attack, overload, scan or disrupt the service, get around its security or rate limits, or access data that is not yours;
• copy or harvest content or data from the service by automated means;
• use the service in a way that breaks the law.

We may remove scores, change display names, reset progress, or suspend or block access when these rules are broken or when we need to protect the service.

The site, the Leono Games name and logo, and the games are owned by Leono Games or by the creators and licensors who made them. You may play them for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, redistribute, sell or reverse engineer them, except where the law allows it.

Some games may be made by creators we work with. We decide which games are published on the platform, and a creator may ask us to update or remove their game.

We do not sell anything on the site and do not work with any ad network at the moment. Games may show placeholder ad breaks that we use for testing. If we add real ads or paid features, we will update these terms before they start.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve our games and services, with no obligation to you.

The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that your progress or scores will be kept.

To the extent the law allows, Leono Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, progress or scores, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or stop offering the service, in which case we will try to give notice on the site.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and if a change matters we will also point it out on the site. If you keep using the service after an update, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your country. If there is a problem, please contact us first at admin@leonogames.com so we can try to resolve it.
